Hyderabad: Extending support to the hungry, as well as attendants of patients undergoing treatment, the Ready to Serve Foundation conducted an annadanam program near Niloufer and MNJ Hospitals under the leadership of its founder, Peddy Shankar.
More than 300 poor individuals and patient attendants were served freshly cooked meals. Anchor Anjali, RJ Raju, actor Vijay Bhaskar, social worker Sridevi, and others participated in the event and served food to the needy.
Speaking on the occasion, founder Peddy Shankar said that the foundation has been consistently organizing annadanam every Sunday at various government hospitals across Hyderabad. He stated that their mission is to ensure that no poor person goes hungry, and that the service activities will continue uninterrupted.
He further appealed to those who wish to volunteer or contribute to this noble cause to come forward and contact the foundation.
