Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The Tamil Cultural Society (TCS) – an organization actively promoting Tamil culture, language and social welfare in Riyadh – successfully conducted a large-scale blood donation camp at King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) on Friday, July 4, 2025.
As the felt the real understanding of “Blood donation is the real act of humanity” and
aiming to save lives during emergencies, the noble event witnessed the participation of 112 volunteers, out of which 72 were found eligible based on health criteria and donated their blood generously.
The event witnessed participation from key members and volunteers of prominent Riyadh community organizations such as Riyadh Tamil Sangam (RTS), Indian Welfare Forum (IWF), RDCC Cricket Team players demonstrating their commitment to humanitarian causes.
At the conclusion of the event, TCS members presented a memento to King Fahad Medical City Blood Bank as a token of gratitude for their continued cooperation. Certificates of appreciation were also awarded to each donor in recognition of their valuable contribution.
Such humanitarian initiatives beautifully reflect the unity and noble values of our Tamil community.
